The Private Membership is for personal-use painters who want to paint at home with step-by-step guidance, downloadable tracers, and reference images.

The Commercial Membership is for paint party hosts and instructors who want access to tutorials, downloadable designs, marketing materials, and commercial-use licensing.

Yes. You can change membership levels if your needs change. Commercial rights only apply while you have an active Commercial Membership.

Commercial licensing allows active Commercial Members to use approved Painting with Michelle designs for paid paint parties, online classes, art kits, finished artwork sales, and marketing while their membership is active.

Yes. Active Commercial Members may teach paid public and private paint parties using approved Painting with Michelle designs.

Yes. Active Commercial Members may teach online painting classes using approved Painting with Michelle designs while their membership is active.

Yes. Active Commercial Members may sell physical art kits using approved Painting with Michelle designs while their Commercial Membership is active.

Yes. Active Commercial Members may sell physical art kits using approved Painting with Michelle designs while their Commercial Membership is active.

If your membership ends, your access to member tutorials, downloads, and resources ends. Commercial usage rights also end when the Commercial Membership ends.

No. Commercial teaching rights are active only while your Commercial Membership is active. If your membership ends, you may no longer use Painting with Michelle designs for paid events or online classes.

No. Art kit selling rights are active only while your Commercial Membership is active. If your membership ends, you may no longer sell art kits using Painting with Michelle designs.

Finished artwork that was completed while your Commercial Membership was active may still be sold. However, once your membership ends, you may no longer create new finished artwork for sale using Painting with Michelle designs.

You can cancel through your member account or contact Painting with Michelle for help. Access and any commercial rights remain active through the end of your current paid billing period.
