What Commercial Members May Not Do
To protect Michelleā€™s artwork and the value of the membership, digital files and designs may not be resold, shared, redistributed, or used outside the active membership terms.
Do Not Resell Digital Files
Tracers, tutorials, reference images, and downloads may not be resold.
Do Not Share Downloads
Membership files may not be shared, emailed, copied, or redistributed.
Do Not Upload to Any Platforms
Designs may not be added to competing memberships, social media or download sites.
Do Not Claim Work as Your Own
Painting with Michelle designs must remain credited as Michelleā€™s artwork.
Do Not Transfer Licensing Rights
Membership rights belong only to the active Commercial Member and cannot be transferred.
Do Not Use After Cancellation
Commercial teaching, art kit selling, and marketing rights end when the membership ends.
Commercial rights are active only while your membership is active.
Once your Commercial Membership is canceled, expires, or becomes inactive, you may no longer teach Painting with Michelle designs, sell art kits featuring the designs, offer online classes using the designs, or use the supplied marketing materials. You may continue using the designs for personal painting only.
